What is Lifefit?

I decided to write MKLifefit, after many years working with clients on their health, nutrition and fitness.

I realised people are now more confused than ever as to what is healthy, how to lose fat and get into shape. I knew people generally viewed healthy food as bland and boring, so I enlisted the help of a friend of mine, Gareth Cole, to create delicious gourmet recipes alongside my nutritional input.

At MK Personal Training Academy we belive that balance is the key to success. A combination of the exercise we enjoy, eating the foods that are right for us, allowing the all important "cheat time" while we still look and feel great.
